The lovely breakfast table is open to the kitchen as well, providing seating for eighteen including the four stools at the bar and the dining table for ten.
This home features beautiful Talavera tile that flows through the entire house. The den offers a 60 inch flat screen television for that great movie you have been waiting to watch with your friends and family. The adjacent sitting room is the place to snuggle up next to the fire and enjoy a great novel. The windows in the circular room provide another place to view the incredible Hill Country and the wild life that goes with it.
There are two separate master suites with king size beds, each with their own private bathrooms. Then up to the third bedroom, the Sky room, where you will find a queen size bed. For the girl's getaway weekend or for the kids, the fourth bedroom provides two custom Cedar Post bunk beds that uniquely have queen size beds for the lower bunks and full size beds for the upper bunks. Wow, you can feasibly house six adults or eight children in this one room arrangement.
If you are more the "nature lover" take a hike through the three thousand plus lavender plants and the eighty six olive trees ( which are quite rare in Texas) or take a rest on one of the many benches installed throughout this area and watch the magnificent Peacocks as they span their feathers and talk to each other. The Peacocks roam freely on this property.
After your fifty acre hike the cool water of your sparkling, private pool will feel so good when you jump in. If you aren't a swimmer just relax in the comfortable lounge chairs and enjoy the spectacular view.
