overlooking the Blanco River and a porch perfect for lounging and sunbathing give this home more than a few ideal spots from which to enjoy the sights and sounds
of the 200+ feet of private river frontage that the home offers. Take pleasure in the cool breeze as you sway in your swinging bench nestled under the cypress trees,
while the kids enjoy the great rope swing just off the river.
Back inside, the open layout of the interior of the home will keep everyone enjoying each other's company. Sit down to a freshly prepared dinner at the home's large
dining table located in the enclosed sun porch overlooking the Blanco. When everyone's ready for bed, the adults can enjoy the sleeping amenities of the main house
with a king size bed and an additional room with two twins; while the kids retreat to the bunk house for a slumber party with three twin beds all to themselves.
