the property. The home has dual balconies, one on each floor, perfect for enjoying the views of the river and soaking in the summer sun.
The first of the two bedrooms, as
well as a living room with two queen-sized futons, make up the first floor. Here you will also find the well-appointed kitchen and one of the two bathrooms. Head up the
spiral staircase to the master suite where you will find a lovely queen-sized bed, full bath and an additional sitting area for the adults to enjoy. And don't forget
the private upstairs balcony!
Days at La Casa Rio will be spent enjoying many outdoor activities, particularly swimming, wading and floating down the Blanco River. Fortunately, the home is on a
portion of the river that provides both shallow and deep water; so children of all ages will enjoy what the Blanco has to offer.
In the evening, guests can enjoy cozy
dinners and plenty of together-time in the dining room, complete with a wood-burning fireplace.
Should you want to bring your doggie, it's no problem with an
