Nestled in Woodcreek, our house is quiet, but close to everything! We're walking (or golf cart) distance to the Quicksands Golf Course, Above
Par Grill, and Mt. Baldy, close to the charming town of Wimberley (with plenty of shopping and restaurant choices), near Dripping Springs and San Marcos, and
convenient to San Antonio and Austin.
Enjoy mosquito-free time on our wired-for-sound screened-in porch or there is lots of seating and a hammock for
relaxing under our grand oak trees, as long as you don't mind sharing the shade with "our" deer. Let the children burn off energy on bikes in the driveway
or the safe cul-de-sac or in the lush, fenced-in backyard.
The house has two bedrooms (one bedroom with a queen bed, the other bedroom with a twin bed tucked
into a chair, queen bed and crib), and two bathrooms (one with a shower and tub and the other with shower and two sinks). It has a large open room for the dining
and living rooms and kitchen and bar (with extra sink).
The living room includes a large flat-screen TV with Time Warner cable and DVD player. It is well stocked
with linens, kitchenware, toys, books, and everything to make you feel right at home. Also provided: an office with room for your computer and Wi-fi enabled, an alarm
system, HE front loader washer and dryers, and covered parking.
