The Great Escape boasts four large bedrooms and four full baths! The home can sleep fourteen to sixteen guests comfortably. A
fully stocked kitchen is equipped with all the necessities you might need for that home cooked meal. Wireless internet service,
telephones, and cable television are also provided.
A large inviting living room with a wood burning rock fireplace awaits you on those cold winter evenings or venture outdoors into the
large hot tub and enjoy watching the stars up above. In the summer, relax under a covered porch and enjoy the peacefulness and beauty
of the river flowing by while relaxing on the numerous rocking chairs. Enjoy over 300 feet of direct river frontage right outside your
back door. Don't forget to bring your floats!
Adjacent to the home, spend time in the game room with an eight-foot pool table and foosball. Open the French doors to a large
deck with plenty of seating space to enjoy the beauty the hill country has to offer.

- Sun, Mon, Tues, and Wed nights at $350/nt for the 1st 6 guests ( except holidays ). $25/nt for each additional guest
- Thurs, Fri, Sat nights at $400/nt for the 1st 6 guests ( except holidays ). $25/nt for each additional guest.
- 2 night minimum, except for Holiday times which have a 3 night minimum
- Holidays are New Years, Thanksgiving, and Christmas time ( Dec 19 – 31 )
- Holidays are at $500/nt for the 1st 8 guests. $25/nt for each additional guest.
"Mid Season"
Mar, Apr, Aug, Sept
- $450/nt for the 1st 6 guests ( except holidays ). $25/nt for each additional guest.
- 2 night minimum, except for Holiday times which have a 3 night minimum
- Holidays are Easter/Good Friday, and Labor Day
- Holidays are at $500/nt for the 1st 8 guests. $25/nt for each additional guest.
"High Season"
May, June, July
- $525/nt for the 1st 8 guests. $25/nt for each additional guest.
- 3 night minimum, except where only a two day period is left available in the schedule, then it is a 2 day minimum.
