Here, the focus is on recreation and relaxation, so the 4500 square foot lodge is well-outfitted with activities to keep the whole family busy from sun-up to sun-down. From games and puzzles,
to a teepee and marshmallow guns the little ones will have plenty to entertain them for hours on end! There are even camping supplies for adventurous kiddos looking to channel their inner Bear
Grylls and spend a night camped out under the stars.
Guests can engage in a heated game of bocce ball, and then cool off in the new sports pool equipped with volleyball, basketball and even a tanning shelf.
Or, maybe your vacation would best be enjoyed with a good book or movie from the lodge's library. At the end of a fun-filled day unwind in the game room in front of the huge projection screen with a cocktail
shaken at the wet bar, or relax in the oversized hot tub on the deck beneath Cassiopeia's glow.
The fabulous four bedroom main lodge boasts an array of amenities to satisfy any guest. Upon entering the lodge, prepare to be wowed by the immense living area complete with high beamed ceilings, wood-burning
fireplace and flat-screen TV. Despite its' vast size this open gathering space still exudes a cozy, welcoming vibe. The kitchen is a chef's dream with two ovens, a walk-in pantry and a granite-topped island that
extends the length of the room and provides ample seating for hungry guests.
Feel the calm wash over you as you step into the sanctuary of the master bedroom and revel in the luxury of the plush king sized bed.
Awake to the natural beauty of the Blanco River right outside your window. Spend some time soaking in the wonderful jetted tub in the master bath.
If the young children need to take an afternoon nap, there is a playroom adjacent to the kitchen that has 1 daybed and 1 twin bed. For the guests that want to be away from the main living areas there are two guest
suites off the deck that include a full bath in each and a queen bed in one and a king bed plus one twin in the other.
This property is perfect for the family gatherings that include several separate families that want to spend time together some of the time, but also want privacy when retiring for the night. Chimney Valley
offers three additional cabins away from the main lodge that have their own kitchenette, full bath, linens, and refrigerator and are equipped with silverware, serving ware and coffee bar. Each is individually
named based on the decorated theme:
- The first cabin is called Lone Star Bunkhouse and it has one queen bed plus two twins
- The second cabin is Antler Lodge and it has one queen bed and an upstairs loft with two twin beds
- The third cabin is Fisherman's Retreat with one king bed

Year-round Rates
$850.00 per night for the Lodge only
In addition to the Lodge one, two or all three cabins can be
rented for $150.00 per night for each cabin.
$1300.00 per night which would include the entire property
with a two night minimum.
Three night minimum on holidays. This rate includes
the Lodge, and the three individual cabins.
PEAK SEASON
(Summer of 2011 June 1st thru August 31st)
The entire property including the cabins will need to be rented.
Peak Rates apply for Holidays.
