The Blanco River Cottage-1 overlooks the beautifully clear Blanco River and the shaded back yard that slopes lazily down for
easy water access. The cottage is on private property which has 200 feet of waterfront. The cottage includes all you need to make
it your home away from home and is just 2 miles from downtown Wimberley, Texas.
Inside there are three spacious bedrooms with two king size beds and two singles. The large full size kitchen overlooks the living
room area and out the windows filing the back wall to the rippling waters of the Blanco. The cottage has two full bathrooms, one
attached to the master and another that the additonal bedrooms share. It can sleep up to 6, with available room for more on air mattresses.
The property can also be made smaller and more fitting for two guests by closing off the additional two bedrooms and shared bath.
Come relax and enjoy the view on the back porch, which is 50 feet long, stretching along the entire back of the cottage. Or have a
fun-filled day swimming in the crystal clear waters of the Blanco River. We'd love to share this little piece of heaven with you.
